Half Moon in August. Endo over the front of my bike onto a log in the first hour of the race. Mega charlie horse on the outside of my right quad. Very sore throughout race. Next day couldn't bend leg. Day 2 leg is starting to work again. Very sore. Have been icing and compression bandage working well.
