continued to exercise during this, which may have extended the pain but it doesn't seem to have caused any long term problems. Still can feel it on 8/21 but pain is about a 1 and occasional
9/01 this is pretty much gone. still feel a slight soreness during core workout days
9/17 the only time I still feel this is when I lie on my stomach
working out during this was OK for me. I think based on the pain that I had at least fractured a rib - possbly separated one. Ultimately it was unnecessary to stop working out - including doing chest presses or swimming. Although for some reason tricep curls were impossible.
