L Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Felt a twinge in my calf when out jogging on June 10th. Thought at first it was just stiffness. Still present during Jukola, but I raced successfully without feeling it at all. Then the twinge came back running at Sommarserien on the 16th. Guess it's a pretty clear cut case of a strain/minor rupture. Worked out that I can jog on it and do medium intensity workouts. Not going to risk high intensity workouts just yet...

Incidently, I twisted my left ankle a bit a few days before... It's likely that this led to the calf strain...

Mostly healed, hardly notice it. Might wait about a week before doing fast running on the flat.
