L Foot, Plantar Fasciitis

I noticed this the morning of the 29th after my hill tempo last night. It is on bottom/outside of the foot back by the heel. Not sure if this is what the problem is but that is what I am calling it.
Lots of rolling foot on golf ball and ice.
