R Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Diagnosed by Monica, Tom & physio separately as small tears in adductor due to lateral movement of leg whilst driving. Worst with high impact/load explosive activity but lots of referred pain around hips, unable to run at JK 2 after intense soft tissue work with Neil 2 days beforehand. Comes and goes though.
