R Lower Leg, Shin Splints

Unsure if shin splints or not yet. Also have very tight muscles, particularly on the right side, can often hurt just walking, hurts even worse after exercise than during, and can hurt quite badly for up to an hour after then its a little better

Hopefully all good. Only running every second day, building up slowly, got rid of my orthotics cause I don't think they helped. HAVE TO do strengthening exercises
