Grade: 1
Mon: Slight stiffness and pain on starting walking in my right ankle, and supporting muscles in the front of my shin. I think i must have landed awkwardly on it yesterday whilst running offroad.
Tue: feeling less stiff and painful today and running no problem this evening. Still some awareness that it's not 100% though.
A low impact session on the turbo trainer seemed to help relax the muscles and kept my inner training demon happy too :-)
