Short sharp pain located at the bottom center of my kneecap. Pain hurts the most when I step up such as climbing stairs.
Just started up out of the blue. Will lay off the impact stuff for a while and see if it gets any better.
12 JAN 09: Now the left knee is acting up. Will ice them both tonight and see if there's any improvement.
Laid off the high impact stuff and used ice (frozen peas work wonders). That and time pretty much took care of it.
