hurt it on training camp last week and i'm pretty sure i jarred it but i stayed off it for a while and by a while i meant 8 hours, i was up and training on it again the next day, slowly got better
right so it hurts again. ian reckons..well i dunno what he reckons. i'll give it a few more days before i seek advice from a professional.
