L Upper Leg, Other

2008-12-18 – 2008-12-21

Grade: 2

I think it was sudden increase in exercise (particularly doing more long orienteering courses every weekend) that caused it. It's when I lift my leg up sharply as you do when running up hills or lifting your knees to get your feet over bracken. Doing stretching and strengthening exercises help. I don't think it's fully recovered yet though, so won't do anything too violent with it.
