sore hip from hitting the floor whilst biking on sheet ice
sore neck too from the jolt
decided the neck is worse than the hip and can't train because of it.
Definitely good to visit Kim, also good to have heat on it.
Don't think I'll be biking on ice again any time soon and need to get a new helmet first in any case...
