R Shoulder, Impact wound / trauma

healing injury from 3 weeks ago. Breifly dislocated shoulder in rugby match in a tackle. Quickly popped back in but resulted in "bruised shoulder socket".
Had 2 physio treatments. Doing reccomended exercises regularly and is healing. Not intending anymore physio.
