Had a sore neck after getting out of the car, by the end of the evening it felt like I had slept on it funny, very stiff and sore and radiating into my jaw and down my back. Buggared if I know what I've done to it.
Final Osteo appt. Still a bit sore if i take it to end range but other wise don't notice it.
