Developed F/C on Mon night. Was out of work sick for Tue/Wed and Thu. Turns out I had a kidney stone that casued a pyelo with blood, ecoli and protein in my ruine wiht WBC of 15.8. EBV panel was possibly positive for mono as well. Was very sick for about 10 full days with extreme fatigue.
Time healed these wounds. Need to check and see if any supplements can cause kidney stones.
