R Foot, Impact wound / trauma

Niggling foot injury, won't seem to go away. Sore ball of foot and stiffness into the big toe. Hurts more with tight shoes on. Not too bad racing, but very aware of it when jogging/walking around.

Getting better after about a 45 days. No real solution, just kept on training and it got a little better all the time. Strange one.

Sort of got better all by itself. I tried resting and that didn't work, I tried different shoes and that didn't work. In the end I just trained and raced through it and it gradually improved. Strange one.
