never really had a diagnosis on this one, but it seems better now. either the foam roller and more running helped or it just sortof went away by itself. for a while I was sleeping with a pillow under/between my knees, that probably didn't help.

not really sure. possible fixes include foam roller, break from terrain running, time, less days off?
