Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Pain in tendon at upper attachment of hamstrings. BOTH equally. Pain walking up and down stairs.Result of running too fast.
Dr. says that I'll have this forever, and some visits to PT have shown me how to stabilize it, so I'm taking it off the list
