R Torso, Upper Back Pain

right muscle on my back hurts to move, think i may have done something either while playing bball last night, strength last night, or slept in a weird paostion. all i know is that it hurts pretty badly when i move it.
felt better the next day...think that i hurt it while carrying my pack at school the other day...it was heavier than normal so i think i may have tweaked my back a little...oh well
