L Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Surprised by the pain in the morning after the first longer training after Covid. The legs had been stiff after sitting around too much, only working. But still, why!?!?!
Tried one day alternative training, but that was not enough (of course). Flat intervals were not a good idea, had to stop running after that. Fysio after a few weeks. Gradually better, but didn't try much running fast on flat.

Don't do things with stiff muscles.
