R Shoulder, Impact wound / trauma

Slipped on ice and slammed onto my right shoulder. Sprain or tear??
Some movement possible, but certain angles / positions very painful.

Going to call it back (close) to normal at 3 months.
Assuming just a strain/sprain (is there a difference?)
