R Torso, Lower Back Pain

A suspected further deterioration of the disc between L4 and L5. This time it's no my right side. Severe pain there and radiculopathy down the right leg to the toes. Some numbness in my left foot too.
Time seemed to shift whatever had started this to mostly being gone. I occasionally still feel some back pain.
