I can feel pelvis is rotated again. Affects stride of my right leg, causes muscle cramps in glutes and groin, and mild pain in right hip joint.

It went away 18 months ago when I started doing ten-minute hamstring stretches daily. I have continued to do the stretches, but evidently it is not sufficient now.

Chiro gave me new exercises to strengthen core and teach my body how to run better, which I do daily. And I still do the 10 minute hamstring stretch, too.
