Pain on lateral side of right foot. Had a little pain on some long runs in Flag but no pain during WS. Started again a week or so after the race. MRI - peroneus longus tenosynovitis and ganglion cyst. Used lots of nsaids (voltarol gel and patches) and mid foot mobilisation exercises. Gradually settling down
