L Lower Leg, Achilles Tendonitis

Pain in achilles which appears after excercise and gets stiff after not moving. Currently strengthening calves and resting a lot.

Building up too quickly post previous injury was definitely the cause, especially intervals.
Increasingly heavier calf raises, lots of cycling, and then slowly building up running finally worked.
