Road rash on my buttocks. Felt a downhill on my roller skis was going out of control and set down rather than heading into a ditch at high speed. Painful patches of road rash on both buttocks. Treated with antibiotic ointment, non-stick pads twice daily and tried to keep sitting on my rear end to a minimum. Weeping wounds for about 5 days, did not reapply ointment or patches starting on 11/14, considered myself recovered on 11/15.
Road rash hurts but does not take too long to heal. Still trying to figure out why I lost control.
