R Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Hamstring was achy 3-4 days before, so I was concerned if I would make through the 3 day weekend. Unlucky, hamstring just gave out.
2/16/2020 run - without pain and no after run lingering aches.

do hip stretching exercise and hamstring stretches daily & before every run as recommended by Dr. Rob Jones.
