L Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Hyperextended when I tripped & fell, resulting in a very painful level 2 tear. Barely able to walk on the day after. No chance for the JK at the weekend. Walk-in centre say no cycling for 10 days. Feels optimistic from here. Still very sore after 4 days, walking with a stick.
2 weeks on, and I can climb stairs and sleep, which is progress. Physio last Thursday (day 10) got me moving again. Much better from Friday (day 11).starting to swim & cycle after 14 days. Full-tilt cycling on day 15. Still nowhere near running yet. Day 35 started running again but it's not fluent. Running again on day 39, but still not fully recovered.

Trauma caused it due to careless running. It's more or less healed so I'm back to full training, but the hamstring is significantly weaker and needs a lot of work strengthening it.
