L Knee, Ligament tear

Twisted knee when clambering over fallen tree at NOY1. Medial ligament strain. Ice, Voltarin gel, stretching - 2 x day. Physio on days 1, 3, 5, 15, 17, 22, 24. Visited GP on day 74 to get an MRI referral and medication Apo-Meloxicam (15mg) anti-inflammatory.
Physio helpful initially, but needed the medication to reduce the last bit of inflammation.
