Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Tight hamstring - restricting movement and making it difficult to reach maximum speed. Diagnosed by a physio who was quite impressed by how tight they were and suggested stretching at least twice a day.

The stretching (2x30 sec each side twice a day) has helped loosen the hamstrings and improved my speed and endurance considerably. Intend to continue the stretches indefinitely. I am now see how my hamstrings have been restricting me and causing pain for years. After a couple of weeks stretching I can run upstairs.
