Injured knee but did not realise initially, so now working to recover after running 40km+ and park run PB's on the bad knee. Mixture of cycling, rolling, stretching S&C, walking, nutrition, icing ... Aiming to recover for 2018 JIRC's
I think it is over now. Lots of rest, stretching, cycling, walking. Taking it easy though as don't want to reinjure it so doing strength and conditioning every day
