L Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Re-injured my left hamstring, this time doing glute-activation while in bridge position. (It was the hurdler's stretch the first time, six weeks ago). Don't think it's as bad as then, but we'll see.

It hasn't impeded my running for several weeks, but I could still feel it, especially when I stretched or rolled it out. But at this point, I'll consider myself recovered.
