Upgraded to other. Probably picked up a virus or something on flight. Had some Lemsip. Didn't work. Feel like death.
Feverish for a few days with headaches and shivering, then normal cold symptoms and a cough that lasted a week.
Note to self - do NOT do a race with a cough.
Stopped training for a bit.
