Impossible to run or ride with the catheter in, even walking is uncomfortable but started at 500m 5 days ago and now up to 3kms.
If able to DIY the only problem will be carrying the equipment and finding a loo every 4 hours.
TURP operation on 19th June, very restricted activity for 6 weeks thereafter, but now appears to be almost fully fixed.
