The pain is just there, its not really overbearing but I'm really babying my L side so Im going to take 2 days off.
The pain has moved from my left side to my right side. I can't run more than a few minutes before it hurts and I have to completely change my gate.
Ice Ice Ice. That seems to alleviate the pain a little but it comes back during a run. Not sure what to do.
Rest, rest, rest. I took about a week off of running and did weight training and swimming instead. Im going to continue with the weight training to improve my muscles in my legs.
