2 fractured ribs
No surgery thankfully
Figure of 8 brace aligned shoulder for natural heal
Got through ITERA 5 weeks later but it was agony. 5 months off rehab after it.. worth it though!
Still a bit uncomfortable at times. New bone sticking out but strength is back to where it was before
