L Lower Leg, Impact wound / trauma

L-shin and L-knee laceration due to fall while tripping over concrete drainage challenge in sprint race.
Also L-hip contusion resulted from hitting a tree on the fall.
Went to the ER at Tuen Mun Hospital. Needed 4 stitches on the shin 3 super band-aids on the knee. No damage to bones/joints found in X-ray.
