right prepatellar bursitis - "housemaids' knee" - presumably fm working on the roof, knee w/o pad but not for long at all. Event Fri 4/29, start this note 5/9 as it's not much better inspite of rest & ibuprofen & some icing. Gradually resolved, no surprise there.
maybe an imperceptible infection entrance wound to lead to infection vs simple minor trauma.
