After evening run on the 14th I felt some pain in the front left leg, After a morning jog on the 15th it became much worse. Couldn't barley walk on saturday but fel a bit better on sunday.
Rested until saturday.

23rd april>> Tried running Swedish League #3,a long distance. Came 50 min but had to stop as pain started again. Had a hard time walking in the afternoon.

6th of May
First test run. A 7 km run in the forrest. Felt ok and no reprecussion.

9th of May
Finally got my time at the pysiotherapist. All felt good with leg. She showed my how to tape the leg and other valuble training tips is the hurting would come back.

Take it easy and rest. Tape and do some strenghtening excercises.
