Sore in the glutes on the left side after training - well really mainly after sitting at work. Maybe it is still a bit weak after pulling it chasing the Sooty cat in February.
15th April it is better after massage last night and no training today. Follow up on progress tomorrow.
16th April haven't felt anything to the piriformis today - not so much sitting as at work..
