L Shoulder, Rotator Cuff injury

finally got an ultrasound in November 2015. no damage, but started PT work on it in Feb 2016. Humerus head was not rotating in the joint properly, irritating the rotator cuff. doing strength exercises to keep the joint rotating on axis and reducing a gliding action that irritated the cuff. seeing Clare at BPT. feeling better already.
