R Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Trail running 3 miles at gradually increasing tempo led to familiar tightness and pain sensation in my right calf. Immediately stopped running and walked the rest of the way. I managed to not strain it badly, but I'm going to lay off all running for a couple days, followed by careful slow short distance. I'll see how strength and flexibility work does in the meantime.

I'm back into my program, though somewhat set back in terms of distances and speed that I'm running. First principal: do no harm! Note that knee injury a few days later was most likely caused by overdoing stretching during the couple day break.
