Knee swelling on exercise - kneecap starts to pop out of alignment.
Diagnosed as caused by the Elliptigo fall injury to my hip in July. My R thigh is noticeably smaller and weaker than my left, and my R medial gluteal muscle even more reduced in strength. Need to build both of those up so that my knee is being pulled evenly.

Lots of exercise to build up wasted hip, thigh and, especially, knee musculature to build up strength and get the knee tracking properly again.
