Torso, Lower Back Pain

strained back muscle reaching for ball cap 1 hour before orienteer race. My whole back was spasming. I took some ibuprofen which got me to the state of sitting up. I was finally able to stand 10 minutes before my start which was just enough time to get ready and get to the start.
Problem hasn't really gone away. I continue to have back issues. 11/2/15, hurt my lower back again.

problem went away on its own. I did get checked out and may have a slightly slipped disc but nothing to worry about at this time.
