Pain in right foot extending from ball to base of big toe. Felt discomfort a couple days ago, and its gotten to the point where I'm limping around, walking on the outside of my foot. Thought maybe it was my new work shoes, but (perhaps coincidentally) the pain is right below the cleat on my bike shoes. The shoes are near ten years old. Never a problem before, but perhaps they do wear out?
