L Foot, Plantar Fasciitis

Got in to she Shane as soon I a noticed there was an ice. A lot of foot stretches and calf stretch. Rolling a frozen gatoraid bottle on it once an hour for three straight days.

Seems fine now. Pain has settled down. I bit tender still to roll a ball on it, but no pain in the morning, walking or when running. Will continue to monitor.
