Old knee injury Left leg. Skin tear at Arrowe on right foot caused left knee counter action.
Hobbled back from Copeland Chase. Rested for a few days until Macc SL. Decided against Pendle (re large downhills). Feels better 18/11 tho need to test it sometime soon
