Great way to start this log! Christmas last year i found out i had Osteochondritis Dissecans in my knees: a lump on the lower end of my femurs which, of course, meant a lot of pain with heavy movement. The bones would catch as i moved my leg (very painful) and i would get a lot of aching throughout the day!

Too much training was the real cause, but knowing that the better i rested the sooner i would recover motivated me to take time off, while still doing the training i could (e.g. swimming)
