R Foot, Ankle Sprain

Slipped up running down a hill in the Birkie Trail Run. Became swollen after I stopped running, started bruising that night, and a little painful even at rest. Not too worried just need to stay off it for a while.

Took it easy by staying off technical trails. Beginning strengthening again.
