Left ankle strain, sprang up out of the blue. X-rays are normal (the advantage of working in a hospital ;)) so the plan is to rest and wait it out. Waiting for the physio's verdict...
According to the physio - it's tendinitis of the tib ant, and should resolve by the weekend 24/25, on Cataflam. Hopefully Comrades is still on...
New diagnosis - probable fibular stress fracture. No Comrades for me.
