Low back pain from throwing Cameron in the air to do cannonballs at the pool. Eccentric loading of the muscles caused a major inflammatory response. Saw the orthopod on Thursday, 19-Jul, and started a prednisone dose pak. Fillms of lumbar spine didn't show any mechanical reason for injury. Good baseline films for when I get old :)
Finally feel pain free today. No problems getting out of my chair or car. Lets see how it goes towards the weekend.
